During the workshop, participants will learn about the the value of learning from incidents. Every incident is an opportunity that reveals how your organization really works. Jeli allows you to see that opportunity and continuously improve.

Jointly Everyone Learns from Incidents.

After a brief overview of learning from incidents, participants will go through a hands-on workshop of the Jeli platform.

Participants will walk away understanding:

  • Key functionality of the bot to support speed and collaboration
  • How to ingest the incident into Jeli as an opportunity, build a timeline in minutes, and see the insights possible to surface in Learning Center across people & tools.

This is a beginner's workshop and no experience is required.

What you will need:
  • A computer with wifi
  • Access to a Slack workspace. If using your corporate Slack, ensure you have permission to add the app for Slack prior to the workshop.

We look forward to seeing you!
